Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SONAR, provided by A&E Insights LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of the campaign or entity you represent.

2. Description of Service

SONAR is a campaign fundraising intelligence platform for political campaigns and committees managing donor relationships, contribution tracking, and fundraising activity.

• Use is limited to authorized campaign personnel, candidates, and political committees acting lawfully.
• The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uptime or fundraising results.
• Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials.
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable campaign finance laws and regulations.
• You may not use SONAR for unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to compromise the platform.

4. Fees and Payment

• Access may require payment under your subscription or service order.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated and may be billed in arrears based on usage.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of SONAR is governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your donor and campaign data, and grant SONAR a limited license to use that data to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SONAR and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

SONAR may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use is harmful to other users, SONAR, or third parties.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Tucson, Arizona, except where injunctive relief is permitted.
